Wedding planning apps: Top 5

Hi dolls,

I tend to do a lot of planning on my commute to and from work. This can be checking out new venues, emailing suppliers or looking at wedding themes or transport.

It really would be amazing to have my very own wedding PA! With that said, I’ve been looking for a really good wedding planning app in which I can detail all my thoughts and plans but also gain lots of valuable advice and tips.

Pinterest and Instagram are my usual go to’s and I’d advise having these just to get style ideas and inspiration.  I follow a few wedding pages on instagram. My favourite this week is Bellanaija weddings. I see so many style ideas on there that I love and would happily incorporate into my own wedding.

You can also follow my own instagram page for fabulous style inspiration and recommendations: @stbbridal

Here are my top 5 wedding planning apps:

1. iWedding Deluxe
This is a wedding planner and organiser app. It is filled with bugeting guides, a guest list planner and lots more. It provides links to all the must sees and must do’s.

2. My Wedding Countdown
My wedding countdown is a fun way to count down to your big day! You can add photos and share the build up with your friends and family via text, facebook, twitter and email.

3. Wedding Planner UK
This app is essentially an all in one and is perfect for the unorganised bride! You can plan your budgets, sort out the seating plan and guest lists.

It’s GPS feature allows you to search for services within 100 miles of you. These include vuenues, photographers, cake suppliers and transport. Perfect for the daily commute! (Although the GPS will not work on the tube).

4. Vera Wang Weddings
Does this even need an intro?? Download this wedding design and planning app now!

This app was recently named Apple’s app of the week. It features style advice from Vera, planning expertise and thousands of images.

5. The Great Wedding Planner
This app is great for brides that want to be able to find great advice all in one place. This app provides guidance on choosing your venue, suppliers, dresses but also advice on negotiating and how you can make savings. Definitely an essential app to have.

Happy planning!
