Kim Kardashian West has announced she’s launching a new make-up collection in time for her and Kanye’s 5 year Wedding Anniversary! Inspired by her own dreamy Wedding look, Kim has released a full bridal inspired make-up collection that can be purchased for just under $100.
Who remembers Kim’s iconic wedding look? You can recreate the full make-up look by purchasing the items from the collection including:
• 6 pan eye shadow palette
• 1 Pink nude lipstick and 1 lip liner
• 1 nude lipgloss
• Highlighter
• Blush (pink)
I think there’s definitely room for more Bridal Make Up options. Especially on the High Street. Kim’s look may be a little too heavy for some bride’s who prefer a more subtle look though. I love that Kim’s eyes were accentuated on her big day. Personally, I think some feathery lashes, a gentle Smokey eye, defined brows and pink/nude lips are all a girl needs. And a little highlight! Doesn’t have to be too dramatic.

Although a lot of bride’s choose to use a make-up artist on the day, a large number of brides opt to do their make-up themselves. I do applaud this, after all we know our own faces best. I’d suggest making sure you have a good face powder and setting spray. Keep this, and your lipstick in a special make-up bag that makes it to your venue so you can keep your make-up looking fresh. Ask one of your bridal party to guard your make-up bag at all times and be ready to assist you with top ups.
